Another amazing Australian Invention from the 1970’s that still keeps up with newer and more expensive awnings available today.
With the ability to span up to 4.75m wide (with a reduced drop) or 3m Drop (with reduced width) the Automatic Awning is a very functional, attractive and yet affordable option to add to any residential window.
Originally designed to ‘Automatically’ retract when facing directly into strong winds, “The Auto” as they are affectionately known are still a cornerstone of the Australian awning industry. These ‘common’ awnings still sell like hotcakes, year after year, after year.
The Automatic Awning is fantastic in moderate wind areas, enhancing the effectiveness for blocking sunlight while enabling the breeze to continue through open windows.
